I received a wrong or damaged product. What do I do?

We are sorry if your product arrived damaged. To resolve it as quickly as possible, send us an email at contact@brandproud.com within one week of delivery with photos of your damaged product, your order number, and any other details you have about the order. We will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible!

 

What is your return policy?

Do you offer refunds?
